Diana Diaz, MS, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Diana is Little Scholars’ Lead Clinician and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), serving as the clinical lead for Behavioral Health. She brings a deep-rooted passion for the field and a strong connection to the families and communities we serve. With extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), program development, and clinical supervision, Diana ensures that every child receives individualized, evidence-based care grounded in compassion and integrity.

Dr. Meghan Cabanilla, Ed.D, CCC-SLP

CCC-Speech and Language Pathologist
Dr. Meghan is Little Scholars’ Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), bringing over a decade of experience in the field of communication sciences and disorders. Dr. Meghan is passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based speech and language services that empower children and support families in meaningful, functional communication. Her clinical expertise spans assessment, treatment planning, and collaborative care, and she is dedicated to fostering growth not only in the children she serves but also within the broader educational and therapeutic community.
