Our leadership combines direct clinical experience with operational excellence — because we believe the best organizations are led by people who have sat where our families sit.

Richard Bernal, M.A.

Founder & CEO

Richard founded Little Scholars Services as an active practitioner who still provides direct care. His mission is to improve access to quality behavioral health services for families who have experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find consistent, expert support across BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.
